HomeProz Real Estate officially launched in July 2025 with a clear focus on residential homes, acreages, and commercial properties. From the start, HomeProz quickly gained interest from both sellers and buyers by combining local expertise with proven marketing and real estate strategies.
HomeProz Real Estate is the residential division of LandProz Real Estate, a recognized leader in farm sales, farm management, and agricultural leases. LandProz has established a strong presence across nine states—Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana—and has earned a stellar reputation through decades of award-winning real estate expertise and innovative marketing.
The LandProz story began over 80 years ago in Albert Lea, Minnesota, originally founded as Jensen Real Estate. Now a third-generation operation, the company later rebranded to LandProz to reflect its expanded reach and forward-thinking approach, continually investing in technology and marketing to serve today’s buyers and sellers at the highest level.
